  • Custom Orders: If you order a custom arrangement like a wedding arrangement, wall art, or any other personalized product, processing may take up to 7-10 business days due to the nature of customization.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after order processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Shipping of Fragile Items

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order for a resolution.
